Welcome to Carol's Country Corner
Carol’s Country Corner has been owned and operated for the last 15 years by
Carol Pratt, who started the shop in May of 1995 in a small 380 square foot
building on Post Road in the Greenwood section of Warwick. After 5yrs with the
business growing and bursting out of the small space, the store was moved a
mile down Post Road to the Village of Apponaug. It is located in the original A &
P grocery store building at 3293 Post Road; just two doors from City Hall. With
the move to our new location, we were able to expand our variety of goods in
our 1900 square foot store with 4 large decorated rooms. We are not just a gift
shop, but a step back in time!
Carols’ Country Corner is decorated with old kitchen & laundry appliances, claw
foot tubs and other antique pieces. Not only are we the place to buy that special
gift, but a place to sit and stay a spell. With soothing music in the background,
the store is a comfortable place to spend part of your day browsing. Come in
and enjoy a relaxing shopping experience. We are sure that we can help you find
the perfect country gift or home decoration you are looking for.
